CHROME BATH PURIFICATION
Chrome Bath Purification is a contamination removal unit which helps in the elimination of Nickel and Copper contaminants from a Cr3 plating bath.
During Trivalent Chrome Plating the Chrome bath usually gets contaminated by Copper and Nickel. The copper usually arises from the jigs and busbar surfaces whereas the Nickel contamination arises from the component surface. Increased concentration of these contamination results in poor quality of plating.
