COMBINED RACK & BARREL PLANT
GROWEL conceptualizes, designs, manufactures, supplies, and installs customized Combined Rack and Barrel plating plants to suit various processes.
Growel supplies a combined plating plant with the flexibility of having both Rack and Barrel in a single line. Small components can be handled in barrels whereas larger components on Racks.
In this plant the Transport Wagon is equipped to handle work mounted on racks or enclosed in barrels. Using barrels in tandem it is possible for both rack and barrel work to be carried through the same process line without the need to modify the anode arrangements when changing from rack to barrel processing.
Such plants are highly customizable depending on the customer requirement.
Application
Such combined plants are suitable for applications where the flexibility of both a Rack and Barrel plant are required. It is also suitable for products which are of varying sizes but are following the same surface finishing process. Few examples are Threaded Rod, Electrical conduits etc.
